Position: BDM – Group Housing Developers
Products to Sell:
* Complete Door Solutions
* Modular Solutions (Kitchens, Wardrobes, Interior Fit-outs)
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, builders, architects, and contractors.
* Identify upcoming group housing and residential projects.
* Generate product specifications and secure project approvals.
* Present solutions, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
* Convert leads into orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support.
* Track market trends, competition, and new project opportunities.
* Ensure timely payment collections from customers.
Target Segment:
* Group Housing Developers (100% Dealing)
* Real Estate Builders
* Architects & Interior Consultants
* Project Management Consultants (PMCs)
Sales Expectations:
* Monthly Sales Target: ₹1.0–1.5 Crore
* Build and maintain a strong project pipeline.
* Regular client visits and relationship management.
Preferred Experience:
* 5-9 years in project sales/building materials/interior products.
* Strong network with developers and construction industry stakeholders.
* Good negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
