Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our villa/resort. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning across all departments, maintain exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, optimize operational efficiency, and drive overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the villa/resort, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security teams.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and operational performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Reservations and Sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, training, and discipline.
- Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hospitality regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality.
- Prepare operational reports, occupancy reports, and performance analyses for management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and procurement.
Required Skills

- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as IDS or similar software.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in hotel, resort, or villa operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience managing luxury villas, boutique resorts, or hospitality properties will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
