Qualification
Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Public Relations, Journalism, Content Creation, Editorial Design, or Social Media Management.
- Proven experience in communication strategy, content development, and media coordination.
- Experience of handling a CXO-level role for at least 2 years in a PSU or Corporate organization will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Team Leader in planning and executing communication and media-related projects.
- Develop and manage high-quality content for print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate media outreach, stakeholder communication, and public engagement activities.
- Oversee editorial design, branding, and communication materials to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage social media campaigns, digital communication strategies, and online reputation management.
- Monitor media coverage, social media trends, and public feedback to prepare analytical reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of communication outputs in line with organizational objectives.
- Assist in crisis communication and strategic messaging initiatives.
