Role: Telecounsellor/Academic counsellor
Location: Kolkata
Mode of Job: WFO
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes.
- Convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain a structured follow-up system to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign optimization and lead quality assessment.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead data, and CRM/lead tracker updates.
