This position is not suitable for recent graduates or Gen Z candidates with little or no professional experience.
We are looking for mature professionals who can independently handle student counseling, follow-ups, and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and AI.
- Convert walk-ins, website leads, and telephonic inquiries into admissions.
- Conduct career counseling sessions with confidence and professionalism.
- Perform regular follow-ups to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain CRM and student records accurately.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Education Sales, Admissions Counseling, EdTech, Training Institute, Coaching Institute, or Career Counseling.
- Strong sales and closing skills.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
- Comfortable achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- CRM experience will be an added advantage.
