Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage learner onboarding, batch coordination, and backend operations. The role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring effective coordination between Sales and Training teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end learner journey from enrollment to batch commencement and ongoing engagement.
Coordinate with Sales and ITH Managers for batch creation, learner allocation, and scheduling.
Maintain learner records, operational data, and process documentation.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure smooth execution of backend operations and adherence to operational standards.
Looking for Hindi speaking candidates(Must).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Experience, Operations, Academic Coordination, or Backend Support.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and related office tools.
Preferred Skills
Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
