We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Director Data and Analytics
In this role, you will:
- Lead/mentor a team of individuals to provide analytical and strategic solutions to business with clear articulation of recommendations
- Partner with the business effectively to drive data driven decisions and generate value.
- Identifying the training & development needs of the team & self to ensure required upskilling happens to stay relevant.
- The jobholder will continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices,management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
- The role holder shall also be expected to guide and lead team members from a functional perspective and help them build up a strong business understanding. (For People Manager role )
- Collaborate with leaders to drive usage of analytics services by various business communities
To be successful you will:
- 4+ year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputed University with concentration on computer science, information technology or other quantitative field such as statistics
- Relevant experience in analysis, requirement gathering, design and development of enterprise decisioning based application systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas in business terms to peers and management and ability to influence others
- Demonstrated ability to work in large cross functional teams and within ambiguous roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas .
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to work flexibly with teams across geography
