AI Engineer – Junior / SeniorRole
Summary
We are looking for AI Engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. Candidates should have practical exposure to real-time AI projects and be able to contribute to production-oriented solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI/ML and GenAI applications.
- Work with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and AI Agents.
- Participate in real-time client/business projects involving AI/ML or Generative AI.
- Build and integrate APIs, AI services, and backend solutions.
- Prepare and validate data and support model experimentation and evaluation.
- Test AI solutions for accuracy, relevance, performance, and reliability.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI applications.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and business teams.
- Senior engineers will lead solution architecture, technical decisions, code reviews, and mentoring.
Required Skills
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of Machine Learning, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- Experience with APIs, databases, Git, testing, and debugging.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience working on real-time AI/ML/GenAI projects is required.
- Senior candidates should have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, cloud architecture, and production AI systems.
Experience & Qualification
- Junior: 0–2 years of experience, including internships, academic projects, or relevant real-time/industry AI projects.
- Senior: 5+ years of software/AI engineering experience, with 3+ years delivering AI/ML/GenAI solutions in real-world production environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
