Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The role includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on job portals and social media
- Source and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports

- Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn or Naukri
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
