We are looking for a proactive, organized, and empathetic Patient Care Coordinator to join our Hebbal team. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in managing the patient journey from their first call to their final recovery check-in.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will manage front-desk operations, coordinate scheduling, and drive patient retention through proactive phone outreach. You will not just be answering calls; you will be actively building relationships, following up with patients who skip sessions to ensure they stay on track, and conducting post-discharge review calls to check on their recovery status.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Call Management: Greet patients warmly, handle inbound phone calls, answer inquiries about our services, and manage the clinic’s daily appointment schedule.
Patient Retention & Follow-up: Monitor the daily schedule to identify missed appointments. Proactively call patients who miss or drop off from their treatment plans to understand their concerns and reschedule them.
Post-Discharge Reviews: Conduct structured follow-up calls with discharged patients to review their recovery progress, gather feedback on their experience, and ensure their long-term satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, manage billing/cash collection at the front desk, and coordinate closely with the physiotherapy staff regarding daily slots.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (a background in healthcare administration, hospitality, or customer service is a major plus).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a medical receptionist, front desk executive, or customer relationship management (CRM) role. Freshers with exceptional communication skills may be considered.
Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada is highly preferred (Hindi is a plus) to effectively communicate with our local patient base.
Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette, a polite and empathetic communication style, basic computer proficiency, and strong organizational Skill.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
