About the Company
Manan Foods is a growing food brand specializing in preservative-free pickles, instant recipe-based spice mixes, herbs, and seasonings. We are expanding our retail, distribution, and private labeling business across Delhi NCR and other markets.
Position: Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities
- Develop and manage distributor and dealer network
- Generate sales in retail stores, supermarkets, and general trade markets
- Appoint new distributors and increase market penetration
- Handle modern trade and HoReCa sales opportunities
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and product launches
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely payment collection from clients
- Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback
Requirements
- 3–7 years experience in FMCG sales
- Experience in spices, pickles, food products, or packaged foods preferred
- Strong network in Delhi NCR market
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel for market visits
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
