Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Secure raw materials, install cutting tools, and adjust chucks, feeds, and speeds based on technical drawings and job orders.
- Machining Operations: Perform turning, threading, drilling, boring, knurling, and facing according to specified tolerances.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished workpieces using precision instruments such as micrometres, callipers, and dial gauges.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance, clean equipment, and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all factory safety protocols, wear proper PPE, and maintain a clean workspace.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
