Job Overview
Venu’s Digital Arcade is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and lead marketing activities while managing customer engagement and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, business growth, and leading the marketing team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Lead, guide, and manage the marketing team to achieve targets
- Handle daily marketing activities and promotions
- Manage customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with sales, design, and internal teams
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Manage social media and digital marketing initiatives
- Support lead generation and sales growth
- Prepare and review marketing performance reports
Requirements
- 3 years or above experience in marketing or related field
- Experience in handling and leading a marketing team
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, basic marketing tools)
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Customer service and client-handling experience
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Knowledge of local market (Thrissur)
- Creative, proactive, and result-oriented attitude
