About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of the product lifecycle—from understanding customer needs and defining product strategy to working with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful features.
The ideal candidate will combine strong product thinking, business understanding, analytical skills, and excellent communication to turn ideas and customer problems into simple, scalable product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, prioritisation, and execution from discovery to launch.
- Work closely with customers, stakeholders, sales, and customer success teams to understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Define product goals, success metrics, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Prioritise features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and resources.
- Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Manage product releases and ensure timely delivery of roadmap initiatives.
- Analyse product usage, customer feedback, and performance data to drive product decisions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience, product adoption, and retention.
- Work with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and make informed product decisions.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and progress to internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, SaaS trends, and AI-driven product opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role.
- Proven experience taking products or features from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritisation, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a SaaS, startup, or technology company.
- Experience with B2B or B2C SaaS products.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered products or AI integrations.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software development workflows.
- Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams.
