Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automobile Technician to join our service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Repair and replace defective vehicle components and systems.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs or maintenance requirements.
- Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, braking, and electrical system repairs.
- Test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and company service procedures.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations.
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations to service advisors and supervisors.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Requirements
- Diploma, ITI, Vocational Certification, or equivalent qualification in Automobile Engineering/Mechanics.
- 1–5 years of experience as an Automobile Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Ability to use diagnostic scanners and workshop equipment.
- Understanding of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, or premium automotive brands.
- Knowledge of modern diagnostic software and computerized vehicle systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
