- Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
- Manage filing, documentation, and record keeping.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and office reports.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain office supplies and support procurement activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Support Accounts, Sales, HR, and Operations departments as required.
- Perform data entry and maintain MIS reports.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of documentation and office procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in construction chemicals, epoxy flooring, waterproofing, welding, or industrial products will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
