Job Summary:
Mishra Tech Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company services and offerings clearly
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
