Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive title due diligence for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize:
Sale Agreements
Conveyance Deeds
Lease Deeds
Development Agreements
Joint Development Agreements (JDA)
Joint Venture Agreements (JVA)
Leave & License Agreements
Power of Attorney
Mortgage and Security Documents
Structure and advise on complex real estate acquisitions, disposals, and investments.
Liaise with government authorities for land records, approvals, registrations, and regulatory compliances.
Advise clients on RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Stamp Duty laws, and local land laws.
Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, developers, and external counsel during transactions.
Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Support real estate financing transactions and security creation.
Handle legal documentation for redevelopment, township, infrastructure, and commercial projects.
Provide strategic legal opinions on property disputes arising during transactions.
Mentor junior attorneys and review legal documentation prepared by the team.
Ensure timely closure of transactions while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
Required Skill Set :
Real Estate matters, RERA, Title DD, Title Certificate, MOU, Term Sheet, Development Agreements, POA, Joint Venture, Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement, Gift Deed, Trust Documents, Loan Documents, mortgage Deed, Release Deed, Flat Sale Agreements,
Well versed with RERA, MRTP Law, MCGM, MHADA, MLRC, DCPR, transfer of Property, Contracts
