Position: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive
Department: Telecaller/ Receptionist
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business leads.
- Identify customer requirements and explain company products/services.
- Perform lead generation through calls, emails, online platforms, and references.
- Qualify leads and share relevant opportunities with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper information.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and lead status.
- Update daily calling and lead generation reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer handling and relationship-building ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience
- Fresher / Experienced (1–3 Years)

- Number of calls completed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
