Job Role: QA Tester- Healthcare CRM Systems

Job Description:
We are looking for a Healthcare CRM Tester responsible for validating patient engagement, referral management, provider relationship management, marketing automation, and customer interaction workflows within healthcare CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Test CRM functionalities related to:
- Patient Acquisition
- Lead Management
- Referral Management
- Patient Communication
- Appointment Engagement
- Campaign Management
- Contact Center Operations
- Validate integrations between CRM, EMR, HIS, and third-party applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Verify patient communication channels including SMS, email, WhatsApp, and portal notifications.
- Support business stakeholders during UAT cycles.
- Ensure data security and privacy within CRM workflows.
Required Skills
- Experience testing CRM platforms in healthcare environments.
- Knowledge of patient engagement and customer journey workflows.
- API testing experience.
- Database validation and data reconciliation knowledge.
- Strong analytical and defect management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics Healthcare, Zoho CRM, or equivalent solutions.
- Knowledge of EMR/HIS integration scenarios.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
