Service Admin:
- Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts & services.
- Taking service inquiry call from customers & clients and dispatching the suitable customer service provider to address customer question.
- Answering the questions of customers regarding the organizations, products or services & its operation or maintenance.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints, or giving online support by the engineer
- Allocating work to engineers on daily basis.
- Communicating solutions, successes and opportunities to the HOD of Service Department.
- Taking care of Vouchers of engineers with proper paper work.
- Coordinating with engineers & other regional offices across the India for smooth functioning.
- Preparing reports on daily basis like Daily engineer report, Complaint list, Service revenue etc.
- Sending the invoices to the customer accordingly
- Communicating with customer for complaints, routine visit via mail or telephone.
- Doing Export documentation work to send the material.
- Maintaining sock in out register &excel sheet.
- Sending daily engineer update, revenue & complaint list to the Manager & Director
- Arranging tickets for engineers for tours.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
