Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly
- Handle sales targets and maximize store revenue
- Supervise and motivate the store staff team
- Maintain stock, inventory, and product availability
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation
- Handle customer queries and maintain customer satisfaction
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and store reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and warehouse for stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in the cosmetic or beauty retail industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and retail operations
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store performance
- Graduation preferred
