About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Google Ads Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad copies to improve ROI.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for creative assets and landing page optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm updates, and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads Certification will be an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus.
