Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduate / Diploma in Food Technology, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in QSR, bakery, food production, or retail quality audits is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work night shifts.
- Good observation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and expiry management.
- Ability to work independently with integrity and attention to detail.
Other Requirements:
- Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
- Ready for field-based role with rotational shifts.
- Comfortable with strict compliance and audit processes.
