Responsibilities:
- Communicating effectively with customers about repair needs and status updates.
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for body work and repairs.
- Scheduling appointments and managing repair timelines.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up after completion of services.
- Keeping records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive setting.
- Knowledge of body shop operations and vehicle repair processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software for scheduling and billing
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
