Job Summary
The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the complete admissions and sales operations acrossmultiplecenters.Therolerequiresstrategicplanning,teamleadership,salesforecasting, process improvement, and ensuring achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
KeyResponsibilities
· Leadandmanagethe completeSales&AdmissionsTeam acrossmultiplebranches.
· Developandexecutesalesstrategiestoachievemonthly,quarterly,andannual admission and revenue targets.
· Recruit,train,mentor,andmonitortheperformanceofSalesManagers,Sales Executives, and Counsellors.
· Conductdailysalesreviews,performance meetings,andpipelineanalysis.
· Driveleadconversionthrougheffectivefollow-ups,counselling,andcustomer engagement.
· Monitorinquiries,walk-ins,telecalling,digitalleads,andreferral conversions.
· DesignandimplementsalesKPIs,incentiveplans,andperformanceimprovement strategies.
· Workcloselywith theMarketingteamtooptimizeleadqualityandimprove ROI.
· Generatesalesreports, forecasts,MIS,and dashboardsformanagementreview.
· Ensureexcellentcustomerexperience throughouttheadmissionjourney.
· Handleescalationsandresolvecustomergrievancesprofessionally.
· DevelopSOPsandcontinuouslyimprove salesprocessesandoperational efficiency.
· CoordinatewithCenterHeads,HR,Marketing,andAcademicteamstoensuresmooth operations.
· Drivebusinessexpansioninitiativesand identifynewrevenue opportunities.
· Ensurecompletecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandreporting standards.

Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,Marketing,orarelated field.
· 4–10yearsofexperienceinSales,preferablyinEdTech,Education,Training Institutes, or Service Industry.
· Minimum2–3yearsofexperienceleadingasalesteam.
· Experience managing multiple locations will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
