Job Summary
The AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist will drive organizational awareness and adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools and technologies. This role focuses on educating employees, implementing new AI tools, and enabling teams to effectively use AI for productivity and decision-making.
The candidate will work closely with departments to identify use cases, implement AI solutions, and conduct training sessions to ensure responsible and efficient AI usage.
6. Key ResponsibilitiesAI Awareness & Education
- Conduct workshops and awareness sessions on AI technologies.
- Educate employees on the basics of Machine Learning, AI tools, and data-driven decision making.
- Promote responsible and ethical use of AI within the organization.
AI Tools Implementation
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve business operations.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
- Assist teams in selecting appropriate AI technologies for specific tasks.
Example tools employees may use:
- ChatGPT
- Microsoft Copilot
- Google Gemini
Employee Training
- Design and deliver training programs on AI tool usage.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises.
- Develop AI learning materials, documentation, and best practices.
AI Strategy Support
- Identify opportunities to automate tasks using AI.
- Work with management to implement AI-driven innovation strategies.
- Monitor AI adoption and measure productivity improvements.
7. Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science concepts.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and other AI assistants.
- Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Ability to train and guide non-technical employees.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience with Machine Learning or analytics tools.
- Experience conducting corporate training programs.
9. Experience
- 2–5 years experience in AI, data analytics, digital transformation, or training roles.
