Role Definition
The Finance Research Associate supports DRHP preparation for SMEs seeking listing on NSE Emerge / BSE SME.
The role covers financial data compilation, ratio analysis, and peer benchmarking, ensuring all disclosures are accurate and SEBI ICDR-compliant.
Key Responsibility’s
· Financial Data Compilation: Source and organize 3-year audited financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) from MCA filings and Annual Reports.
· Ratio Analysis: Compute profitability (EBITDA, PAT, RoE, RoCE), liquidity (Current, Quick), solvency (D/E, Interest Coverage), and efficiency ratios (DSO, Inventory Days).
· Peer Benchmarking: Compare issuer financials against 3–5 listed peers on NSE/BSE to support Business Overview and Risk Factors sections.
· MD&A Support: Prepare factual commentary on revenue trends, cost structure, working capital, and capex for the DRHP MD&A chapter.
· Industry Research: Conduct secondary research on market size, growth drivers, and regulatory environment using SEBI-approved public sources.
· Data Validation: Cross-verify all financial figures against source documents; reconcile ratios and ensure consistency across DRHP chapters.
Task & Activities
Financial Data Collection & Structuring
· Source 3-year audited financials from MCA21, Annual Reports, and SEBI-filed documents.
· Structure P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow into standardized DRHP-aligned templates.
· Gather Capital Structure data: shareholding pattern, pre/post-IPO equity, promoter holdings.
Ratio Analysis & Financial Commentary
· Calculate profitability, liquidity, solvency, and efficiency ratios from audited financials.
Analyze YoY trends on significant variations (>10%) in key line items
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
