Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to perform quality testing, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain accurate documentation for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods as per approved specifications.
- Ensure sampling, testing, and timely release of materials and products.
- Prepare and review test reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), logbooks, and SOPs.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, UV, FTIR, GC, pH meter, and balances (as applicable).
- Follow and implement GMP, GLP, and safety guidelines.
- Handle OOS, deviations, and CAPA with proper documentation.
- Support method validation, calibration, and stability studies.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, and Warehouse for quality-related matters.
- Assist during internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Maintain lab housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety norms.
Qualification
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Biochemistry / Microbiology)
- OR
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Diploma in Quality Control
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant QC experience in pharma / nutraceutical / chemical / food industry.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of QC testing procedures
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO, FSSAI / WHO / FDA (as applicable)
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
