About the Role
DigitalClouds is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern who is passionate about digital marketing and social media. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of major social media platforms, content creation, and the latest social media tools. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working with a fast-growing digital marketing agency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms.
- Create engaging captions and basic graphic/video content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry trends.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Express.
- Understanding of hashtags, reels, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Previous internship or personal social media management experience is a plus.
