Job Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create engaging captions, posts, reels, and stories.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current trends.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness organically.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Work with the design team to create attractive social media creatives.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Prepare basic performance reports using social media insights.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and branding activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Creativity and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or any graphic designing tool.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of hashtags, reels, stories, and trending content.
- Teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- Final-year students can also apply.
