Role: Insurance coordinator
Experience: Fresher/Experienced
Salary: As per standards
Location: Egmore, Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance claim intimation and registration
- Verify policy coverage and claim eligibility
- Collect and validate claim documents
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, surveyors, hospitals/garages
- Follow up on pending claims to ensure timely settlement
- Communicate claim status and resolve customer queries
- Maintain claim records and MIS reports
