Job overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive with proven expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and working knowledge of Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, audience targeting, campaign scaling, and performance analysis. This role requires someone who is analytical, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns across different industries.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Execute lead generation, conversion, and sales-focused campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, and ROAS.
- Develop audience strategies using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and funnel-based targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, and Remarketing) campaigns.
- Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign attribution.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with Meta and Google platform updates, advertising policies, and industry trends.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Experience with lead generation, conversion campaigns, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of Meta Pixel, conversion events, audience segmentation, and campaign scaling.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and campaign management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns and budgets effectively.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
