Role:- WFH Accountant / Accounts Executive (Part-Time)
Working Hours:3 Hours per Day
Location: Work From Home
Salary: 8,000 - 12,000
Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and bills for clients on a daily basis through Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Record and maintain daily sales transactions for Tattoo, Piercing, Merchandise, and other business activities.
- Collect and organize financial data and supporting documents for accounting purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of income and expenses.
- Perform basic bank and cash reconciliation.
- Track pending client payments and prepare outstanding payment reports.
- Track vendor payments and maintain purchase records.
- Prepare monthly Revenue vs Expense reports.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports from internal records.
- Monthly inventory accounting records for jewellery and tattoo consumables
- Maintain organized financial records and reports for submission to the CA team.
- Coordinate with the CA team by providing required data and supporting documents.
- Ensure all financial records are updated regularly and accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting software.
- Good knowledge of invoicing, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Note:
GST filing, taxation, statutory compliance, and final accounting will be handled by the company's CA team.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
