Inside Sales Counsellor (Medical & Wellness)
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (On-site, 6 Days/Week)
The Role:
We are looking for a consultative sales professional who understands that health is a personal journey. You will be the first point of contact for potential members, educating them on our metabolic program and guiding them toward enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand the prospect's health goals and explain how our program fits their needs.
* High-Ticket Closing: Manage a pipeline of high-intent leads to close memberships with an High Average Order Value (AOV of ₹50k+).
* Tech Proficiency: efficiently use Ozonetel for calling, Zoho for lead management, and WhatsApp for follow-ups.
* Patient Empathy: act as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.
Who You Are (Must-Haves):
* The Closer: Minimum 1-2 years of experience selling premium/high-ticket services (AOV ₹50k+) via phone and video meetings.
* Subject Matter Expert: Background in Science/Pharma is required.
Ideal candidates are former - Nutritionists, Dentists, or Allied Health Professionals who have pivoted to sales.
* Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with Ozonetel and Zoho is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
