Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to generate leads, engage with prospective clients, conduct software demonstrations, and convert opportunities into successful business deals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for technology and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate new business leads through telecalling, email campaigns, social media, referrals, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Communication
- Contact prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Explain software features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
Sales & Business Development
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business documents.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Follow-Up & Reporting
- Regular follow-up with leads and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong telecalling and customer handling abilities.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of software products and IT services.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet Applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT Software Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP Sales, CRM Sales, or Website Sales.
- Knowledge of ERP, School Management Software, Loan Management Software, Mobile Apps, or Web Development Services.
- Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Must be proficient in Bengali (Speak), Hindi (Speak), and English (Read, Write & Speak).
- Candidates with prior experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
