About the Role
Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical installation, execution, testing, and maintenance activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, site supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily electrical installation activities at project sites.
- Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including conduits, cable trays, wiring, lighting systems, distribution panels, and associated equipment.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material consumption records, and site documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Support billing and project documentation by maintaining measurement sheets and work completion records.
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure efficient deployment of electricians and support staff.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in electrical execution and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of MS Conduit installation, cable tray systems, wiring, and electrical infrastructure works.
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English communication skills are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning procedures.
- Understanding of safety regulations and quality control practices.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate with various stakeholders.
