Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content in coordination with the design and marketing teams.
- Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing objectives.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, and platform-specific content copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and creative teams for timely execution of content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and viral content opportunities to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions using analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights, observations, and improvement recommendations.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication, visual identity, and posting schedules across all platforms.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions to maintain strong community engagement.
- Assist in campaign ideation for product launches, festive campaigns, promotional activities, and brand collaborations.
- Create mood boards and coordinate with cinematographers and production teams for shoot planning and execution.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in lifestyle, fashion, décor, or creative industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
