Sales Executive

RHIZOME is a growing architecture and interior design firm based in Gurugram. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to support our business development efforts, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on potential leads.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and be willing to travel for client meetings.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
