We are seeking a skilled and proactive Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at our project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all structural and architectural works are executed accurately, safely, and within the specified timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Direct and monitor daily on-site construction activities, labor performance, and sub-contractor workflows.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read, analyze, and execute works according to structural drawings, architectural blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming construction materials, conduct standard site tests, and ensure all workmanship meets quality standards.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), log material consumption, and report project status regularly to senior management.
- Inventory Management: Track material stock on-site to ensure seamless construction flow and minimize material wastage.
- Billing & Measurements: Take accurate site measurements and assist the billing team in verifying contractor invoices and client bills.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict on-site safety protocols, ensuring all laborers and staff wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
