Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting guests, presenting menus, and answering questions about menu items or allergens.
- Order Taking: Recording food/beverage orders accurately and entering them into POS systems.
- Service: Delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to tables efficiently.
- Table Maintenance: Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning tables, and resetting them for the next guests.
- Upselling: Offering menu recommendations, appetizers, and beverages.
- Payments: Presenting checks, collecting payments, and operating the cash register.
- Coordination: Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate special requests.
