We are looking for a proactive Outreach Specialist who can identify prospects, initiate conversations, and generate qualified appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
- Conduct cold email outreach campaigns.
- Perform LinkedIn outreach and networking.
- Engage prospects through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Track outreach activities and campaign performance.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, outreach, appointment setting, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with cold emailing and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Strong research and lead qualification abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and initiate conversations confidently.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
