Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between teams, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting timely completion of projects within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Track project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS data
- Monitor daily project activities and update management on progress
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and maintain records
- Assist in budgeting, procurement coordination, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with company processes and project standards
- Identify project risks/issues and escalate concerns when required
- Support the Project Manager in overall project coordination and execution

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in project coordination/project management support
- Experience in construction, real estate, operations, or related industries will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,670.95 - ₹35,000.00 per month
