Job Description
A Filling & Sealing Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining filling and sealing machines used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role involves ensuring sterile filling, accurate product dosage, proper sealing, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor filling and sealing equipment.
- Perform machine setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
- Ensure accurate filling volumes and proper container sealing.
- Maintain aseptic conditions during production.
- Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Record production data and batch documentation accurately.
- Inspect products for defects and report any deviations.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and production teams to maintain product quality.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of GMP and sterile production practices.
- Ability to operate automated filling and sealing machines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or sterile injectable production is an advantage.
- Familiarity with aseptic filling lines and quality compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
