1. Responsible to follow EHS compliance as per the Site EHS policy and manual.
2. Responsible for the preparation, & implementation of SOPs and relevant training activities & records.
3. Ensure to follow Good Documentation practices, Quality Management systems such as Change Control, deviations for continuous compliance.
4. Responsible for creation of PKDR BOM, Master Packaging record in SAP for all executions across sites
5. Responsible to coordinate with CFTs for Packaging comments item code creations and master data upload in smart tracker and Trace link.
6. Responsible for preparing RLDs / cross-reference marketed products evaluation reports.
7. Coordinate with FDD for selection and sourcing of primary and secondary packing materials.
8. Supporting RAD with regulatory document for ANDA filling process.
9. Coordinating for the Blister change part development and arranging samples for machine feasibility trials
10. Coordinating with vendors to get the supporting documents and drawing approvals.
11. Creation of FG code upon receipt of approved request
12. Preparation of specification and STP’s for all packaging components
