Zaoq is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Indian Cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian cuisine, hands-on kitchen experience, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency in a fast-paced tandoori takeaway environment.
The role requires efficient section handling, food preparation, hygiene maintenance, and coordination with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes as per restaurant standards
- Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen section efficiently
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and kitchen staff during service hours
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and food items
- Follow food safety and kitchen operational guidelines
- Support smooth and timely order preparation during peak hours
