Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs and material estimates
- Assist in rate analysis, cost estimation and budgeting
- Verify contractor bills and prepare measurements
- Support tender preparation and documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers for progress updates
- Maintain project cost records and report variances
- Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
- Assist in procurement by providing material quantity requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in QS for civil projects
- Strong knowledge of measurement methods and rate analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred)
- Good communication and documentation skills
