Job Summary
Renq Power Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the office. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling office coordination, documentation, and communication while ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office administration and operational tasks.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, quotations, and other office documents.
- Support the HR, Accounts, Sales, and Management teams with administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist in travel or appointment arrangements.
- Ensure proper filing of both digital and physical documents.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Office Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Solar, EPC, Electrical, or Renewable Energy industry is an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
