Job Title: Loan Sales Manager
Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Loan Sales Manager with strong experience in loan sales and client handling. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, sourcing loan opportunities, and managing end-to-end sales processes while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive sales for loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, DSAs, and financial institutions
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products
- Manage end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursal
- Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth processing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain MIS reports and track sales performance
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the sales process
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in loan sales / financial services
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proven sales track record
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and tracking
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups
Eligibility:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Loan Sales (mandatory)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
