JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Field Sales Officer
Purpose of Position:
A FSO is one who is responsible for Visiting Sites and finding customers as per Emerging, established builders and collecting data to suit as per our customer’s profile thus generating leads and handing over to the reporting BDE/BDM.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Site Visits
Visiting Real Estate Project sites relevant to our customer profiling.
2. Survey Form Filling
Filling survey form which will help BDE to understand the customer and his potential related to our business conversion.
3. Lead Generation
Providing leads through survey form to the BDE
Candidate Profile
Education – 12th Or Bachelor’s Degree
Experiences -1-3years of Experience
Knowledge- Microsoft word→ Excel and PowerPoint→ Internet Usage Email Knowledge→ Computer skills→ Reporting & updating. Knowledge of Product and Design
Skills Persuasion skill→ Telephone etiquette Meeting etiquette → Selling skills→ Listening skills→ Questioning skills
Driving License Mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
